The mountains above Elk Ridge and Payson Utah are home to a surprising number of cattle that graze the steep terrain. \u00a0To contain the cattle in certain meadows, there are long log fences. \u00a0This study was painted on location in one such mountain meadow. \u00a0There weren\u2019t any cattle there at the time–just this log fence.
