Pheasants with Silo

This painting commission was requested by an individual as a gift to his business client with whom he had shared great times pheasant hunting in South Dakota.  The goal was to highlight the beautiful animals, while clearly showing signs of the location: the cut corn stubble, the silo, and the big sky.  The gift was well-received, and hangs in the client’s office as a reminder of some wonderful experiences outdoors.
